True Love

There is no highest teaching, than the one that leads us, to True Love but as all knowledge, this needs to be correctly processed, that is to say, understood.

A lot is spoken about peace and love, about wisdom, enlightenment and truth; nevertheless, during my work and teaching experiences, I have found very little clarity about these topics; on the contrary, I have found many false interpretations and what is even worse, a simplicity without maturity and depth. All this explains why there is so much fantasy, rhetoric and gobbling of texts that are only speculations.
The first thing that has to be taught, is to maintain lucidity, to have the capacity of doubting, to reflect and to never assume as certain, what has not been experienced. Also, with the evident logic that, what is good, cannot give bad results. By example, there is no violence in Love. And God, of course, does not claim victims, neither He awaits, neither looks for or sends punishments and besides, evolution is not a payment of debts.
There are so many necessary things to be clarified, that the one who truly wants to understand, has to take the spiritual teaching, not as an escape or as a book of stories or fairies.
For all these reasons, man has to mature and be conscious that the learning process is not allowing that something magic happens in his life or thinking, that a technique or procedure will make him, better person or more holy.
In good account, the spiritual science is based fundamentally, on coming closer to the experience of spontaneous Love, in a lucid and conscious way, and not by means or artifices of the imagination or the thought, but by the only reason that is life itself.
We will understand, how to live with fullness of Love, and how to be free of angels, demons, or of any other entities in this or another universe because we have to be able to see ourselves as directly responsible of our immediate destiny and starting from this approach and from this intent we have to look for the freedom of learning without dogmas, without great mysteries and of course without fantasies.
Love, certainly is, something so extraordinary that in fact, very few, can understand, and the reason is very clear, the cause of the errors and of the methods resides in an awful dependence, that enslaves and is full of suppositions and expectations, that have made man dependent, and slave of his ignorance and nonsense. But truth allows to reach an acting and participating faith.
We are spirits in a material world in which we should honor life and not separate from it, because the only real philosophy is the definite practice, that gives as result, a good which is consistent and evident -where what is just, honest and upright, prevail, where God is truly alive as the foundation who sustains life in all its manifestations.
The spirituality is not a myth, is not a legacy, is not the responsibility of anybody but ourselves. Don't look for something to cover, protect, or shelter us, if we don't apply this.
The spiritual science is the conscious study of the personal will and the conscious study of Love's path.

The Importance of Having Dreams

If I didn't have dreams , I wouldn't be able to understand reality either because the whole life is made by means of illusions and hopes .

In the same way , the past , the present and the tomorrow , unite in the aspiration to become that dream , that feeling, that reason , for which , we also live today .

Let it be known that spirituality is not lack of desires , on the contrary , is the exaltation of the desires beyond an infinite Love , a universal Love .

If I didn't have dreams , I would be as a piece of marble , which has not been sculpted . As a field , that was never cultivated . As a bird that never learned how to fly .

Handling Resentment

We often have experiences where we may experiment resentment and then, it may seem that we have enough causes, reasons and motives. The mind -as fire, turns on -in a moment, the firmament.After some hours, maybe days, we get our sanity back, but very often, it is too late, because we have burned, based on our pride, vanity, arrogance or whatever reasons that we want to use to justify.

We burned our own home and now we have the ashes of our loved ones in our hands because the hatred and unconsciousness blinded us.Do we want to hurt the loved one?

Are our reasons valid to tear the delicate veil of trust, confidence, friendship? What will happen tomorrow? Will we go to sleep next to a calcified cadaver? Can we plant on burned soil? Will we feed on smoky food?

When facing violence, let’s use the superior intelligence, the humble sacrifice that rises with victory and the flag of tolerance and understanding.Jesus taught us to present the other cheek and to forgive seventy-seven times, not because his Love was obsessive or insane but because his Love always was and will be, sincere, real and true. And at the end of times, I do not want to cry resentments or experiment losses, I want to smile and to embrace my loved ones. Today, I promise, that I will put aside conflicts, I will throw away the weapons, I will uproot the rancor and I will always give my best.

How to see God? For Reflection

The presence of God, is something that we must learn to recognize, starting in our own life. This is only possible when we can see God in the whole universe. But if God is spirit, how can we see Him ?
The answer is simple when we understand the meaning of the spiritual teachings. And the explanation is clear and very easy.
Spirituality, has to do directly with the personal way of feeling, acting and being in regard to the Love that we feel towards Peace, Justice, Truth. And for a world with a shared consciousness and committed to general good.
Then, to see God is to see how He acts in us and in others, allowing them to abandon selfishness and lies, doing then, the vision of the spirit and the true spirituality of a genuine being.
But, not only we contemplate and we know God in this way but also in the recognition that nothing is by chance or that things happen by whim or destiny but rather, because there is a just order.
Here, for example, we can be confused and think that there is no right order, that the world that we often know has plenty of mistakes but what we have to see is, that in spite of the mistakes, there are persons who are genuine and noble.
This is a simple reflection but allows us to know and to deepen in a path in which we will be able to realize much more of what we had thought, as long as we work on being conscious and alert of the presence of God in everything that exists.

Loving Love

A person, actually is something more than a biological condition. It is something born of the deep mystery of the spirit, that always needs to be nourished with ethical and moral values. And must never be forgotten, abandoned to its luck, or become monotonous.
To be a person, is also to live in a world of persons, no matter the conditions.
The essential aspects are always born in the inner world, and this is the reason that the person must be spiritual, which is cooperative, understanding, with a feeling of solidarity, worthy, responsible, profound, educated, noble, kind, obliging, affective, humble, dedicated and many other things. This is not a coincidence, it needs sustenance and constant information. To be a person is loving Love and also loving everything that surrounds us.

How to have Hope during Hard Times

Q: How to have hope when we are experiencing hard times?

A: Hope is sustained in faith and is not conditioned to easy or difficult moments. Every work that we do in life, implies effort, sacrifice and dedication. The person who follows an spiritual path, does not limit herself to the easy moments since she is like a person climbing a mountain, who keeps her focus in the work and her attention in the goal. Having good, justice and truth as source of support. The difficult times pass as well as the easy ones. And this must never affect hope, faith and love, which are not only commitments but decisions of life. These decisions do not change like the weather. They are deep and must be truly felt. The spiritual life is not a path of flowers. It is to edify that path with devotion, which never decreases in the spirit who is sincere, because the reason is not to search for a crown, but to be of service to Divine Love.

Fantasy and Reality

There is great importance in reflection. There is great value in analysis, in the inner look, in order to have the opportunity of renovation.
This is the story or legend of a man, who, one day, as he was passing by a mirror, discovered that there was no image reflected. And he thought that this was a joke or a trick.

He insisted, in other mirrors, but his image was not reflected in either of them. And he thought: " I have died, and of course, I can't see myself, I don't have an image. And now, no one can see me, but I can see everyone, I can feel everyone." And at this point, he felt a strange mixture of loss and madness, and this experience was so intense, that he started trembling to the point that he simply woke up of the dream, since he was sleeping.

And in front of the mirror, of that mirror, he observed his image incessantly, and he felt: Bondage, madness and freedom. The first experience was not to be able to see him in the dream. He was held to his image. Followed by the madness of losing control and the second madness of having to maintain control. And then, the first image, of losing the identity, and then of being tied to the identity of the same image.

We are then, a constant paradox, between to see ourselves and not to see ourselves. Between being known and being unknown by others. If we truly love life, the problem is not what we thought we were, but simply to look beyond the mirror, beyond the image, beyond reason, madness, power, and control.

Man must learn To Be, simply, To Be.

Light in the Darkness

There is a maiden in the world who is as beautiful as a star and capable of attracting either a lot of good or bad. She may be light in the darkness and also darkness extinguishing the light. She will unavoidably come into your life, and you must pay attention, take care of her, you must be genuine, sincere, spontaneous and pure above all.

Then, she will give you the universe but if you see her with doubts and distrust, she will punish you and yours with fire of hell and she will not let you even die in peace.

She is the light of the largest star as well as total darkness of the night.She is the Imagination.

The Star in the Sky

I can say that once I saw a star in the sky, which was shining and wonderful. That star seemed like your eyes that have its own light. From that day, there is nothing in me who is not but your memory that fills everything and beats more loudly than the own heart.
It is the whole source of every new inspiration because it has taken everything.

The look has expanded, filling every space, the totality of the distances, reasons, thoughts, motivations. It has filled everything. Those eyes are the inspiration, always giving and especially always filling everything.

And if the art does not have this flavor, if it does not ride on the clouds if it does not submerge in the depth of the desires, then, how can the Art for the Heart give ?

It is captive, surrenders and the only thing that it can do is:
"To Give in order to Be." and " To Be in order to Give."

The Flower's Contest

All the flowers were colorful and beautiful at the Flower's Contest but suddenly and to the surprise of all the beings of the forest who were gathered there, a flower presented herself, but she was so very old, that we even could say, that she was an oldie; she had no color, and a few dry, withered petals. And almost without voice said:

"I came to claim my prize, I certainly am the most beautiful, nobody can compare to me."

"Ha, Ha, Ha, they all laughed and said: "You are so old, so old that you became mad." But she said: " I may be very old, but I will never stop been the most beautiful ever." And the colorful, beautiful flowers said: " Then, let's take this to the judges.

"They called the most important judge and it happened that he was Love; he called the withered flower, who went to him, just in the center of the auditorium which was the large forest. And Love said to the withered flower: " My beloved flower, it has been a long time since I last saw you, you don't know how much I missed you, thinking about you day and night, and for that reason I celebrated all the flowers that lived after you. But, you will always be the only one and the most important for me; all the others were like your shadow, like a memory, a mirage, but you are the true flower." And the withered flower asked to say a few words and addressing all, said: " You may celebrate all the prizes but for me, the main prize is what Love has given me; since time does not pass because of him, time is the present; and although I may look withered, I carry always in me the freshness that Love gave me when we met."

After saying these words that were like magical, she became light and resplendent like one thousand stars and even the rainbow was envious of her light. All the other flowers recognized in that moment that the most beautiful flower was the flower that Love loved.

Truth may be Invisible

Truth may be invisible to the human eye since it is not seen with a regular glance but for the spiritual eye; the great differences are not differences but the play of equilibrium, the perfect balance, the sacred dance of life.
I can see a mountain in a grain of sand. I can also see rivers and seas in a drop of water. And the vastness of the universe in the blue sky, with so many stars that I can't even count them. It all may seem different to what in reality and in truth is.
The perspectives are changed in the distances. What is big may look small and the small may seem big. But what is certain is that a child at birth is not immense but the whole history of humanity is supported in him. All the times are fused in one in him.
The child is the old man and the old man is the child. And all the eyes -even the ones that have not seen the light been born- are in his eyes.
Who is small, who is big ? Since it truly is not the size or the distance. It is the work which make us the same. Good or evil.

Self Control. Inspirational

We usually try to define a subject and usually end up by been redundant and without a clear and definite explanation. By example, when we say, the word, "relaxing," are we tranquil and calmed, maybe? In the same way, the term "self control" has been defined, as control of ourselves, but this explanation deserves to be improved and explained. Self control is not a method of action or individual sensation, beyond other psychological, spiritual elements, but rather, the result of many processes and sub processes at the same time. Self control comes from processes as intimate and personal as self love, directing us immediately, to take responsibility for the action . And not because, we may feel that we should take action in a certain way, but it means to take action in a disciplined way towards ourselves.Self control evolves together with other processes, becoming more complete, as discipline and order in life. Then, this self love also is a conscious commitment of been alert and to watch for possible mistakes or confusions. This will take us to the method of self control, which needs of study and reflection, discipline and practice, which will crown, this logical, practical and realistic goal. But, there is another self control, deeper and more complete and perfect: The Mystic Self Control, derivation of an important spiritual experience, not only of visions, and perceptions of worlds, planes, or superior concepts, but from an experience of grace, that increases and is explained like this: When, spiritually, we receive Love, this mystic experience, liberates man from selfishness and transforms the personal love into universal Love. Then, man acquires equilibrium, and temperance which are integral and are not found in motives of conflict or frustration, and that heart is in equilibrium, and can't be confused because of his peace and serenity, reaching, then, the mystic contemplation in the flowing of his spirit, which is constant emanation of grace, serenity and calm.This self control is spontaneous and free, without conflict and contradiction. Now, going back to the beginning: By observing our actions and consciously guiding them, in an initial form of control, which will keep on developing, because this comes from spiritual strength, which looks for peace and plenitude of grace, and this is the reason, and the path to control: Self look and self analysis and to choose the appropriate method for not breaking the balance, between our will and the universe.And this self control is an intrinsic and explicit answer to the behavior and equilibrium that exist in man and the universe. The spiritual self control is more than reasoning since comes before motivation of faith in superior virtues. At the beginning, good is imitated or copied, then, with study and reflection, self control becomes the method of life, which will be applied to our whole being. Self control is not a sentence, sword, or thorns in the heart, but rather is the order in a song, as rhythm, melody, perfect measure of the notes and silence to reach the desired goals.

Vitality and Permanent Youth

The Spiritual awakening offers more than intellectual wisdom and serenity. I am referring to a very important and significant aspect, which is known as immortality. This immortality is better understood as "Vitality and Permanent Youth."
How is this possible? The spiritual energy covers all the areas of existence. That is why, the effect of its benefit is given in the function and reason of the universal force of life. This force is found in the whole universe. For this reason, as far as youth means, this is a renovating energy, not only positive but also superior.
In other words, the one who meditates following the spiritual path, maintains a serene mind, free of violence, negativity and free from all evil. When this happens, all nature flows with the best quality of energy.
The vitality, then, is a natural consequence of a condition of universal harmony. This happens from the moment that the energy of the human being develops in a circular form and is called the energy wheel or chakra. The persons who have a spiritual manner, develop the attitude of synchronizing, uniting and integrating. In this form, the whole universe integrates with man. And man integrates with the whole universe.
The permanent youth comes from the lasting joy of loving the universe in an unconditional way, because life is one.

The Environment is Everything. Inspirational.

Life, as we all know is wonderful, so much that we often forget this reality, until suddenly life teaches us that the wonder can be lost, corrupted, destroyed, become exhausted and stop being wonderful and fantastic. Then, perhaps it will be too late and without a possible comeback. And in that minute of loss, heaven and earth open at the same time. And we will ask ourselves, how is it possible that we have not taken good care and protected something so important ? Before going to extremes, let's take action, to improve, to discover, to appreciate our environment and our own humanity. The environment -we included- is actually everything, that not only surrounds us but also sustains and also preserves, contains and maintains us. We have got used, mistakenly, to have a certain sense of responsibility to what we have in front of us but the true man looks also and increasingly until he sees no frontiers.
Until he knows , discovers and is able to reveal, that life is all and that all is one. And in that one, is where life integrates universally , and also unites , loves , looks after, improves and manifests . All this is by virtue of a communion without exclusion . With no other science but the preference of living , of being , feeling and knowing a simple and natural truth. The existence is like a ring , a perfect and wonderful circle where the all and the nothing work always, as the reason and the proper condition of a perfect equilibrium called Life, which implies and applies that, what is done here, is also done in the universe.
When we tie, we chain ourselves, when we untie, we liberate. The frontiers only exist as intermediate steps of the stair of Life, which travels in itself, just as the infinite does in time. And time is its mother. And its Father is the eternity.

Beyond Knowledge

When you open the heart, the truth will reveal. Nevertheless, an easy comprehension will not happen because it is the language of the silence and the human mind is not capable of understanding this word, but there is a thin, narrow and delicate path, that is the discernment, which contemplates the spiritual eye. When virtue is exalted, then, the mystical contemplation and the humility raise and reveals you more than the light of the sun. Be cautious, patient and diligent; that knowledge is not a fleeting word and is not an argument for a doctrinal combat either. It is always near the spiritual revelation.
Knowing the essence of the things and knowing, is to extend your deep look in a spiritual horizon, where you do not need words, because beauty has overcome wisdom.
And then you are not you, any longer but only the reality. Then, the blue of the sky and of the deep sea have melted, as the reason and the word, as the look of two beings in love that even though you separate them and put distance among them, you will never be able to truly separate them. In this way the spiritual action becomes the real happening which has discovered the permanent thing. Be conscious that truth overcomes wisdom since his aroma is the beauty of the spirit that appeases, calms and solves everything as if you would take clear and pure water in a glass. You will be satiated of all thirst and the supreme experience stays. Since the truth has a name that few persons can repeat and this is unconditional Love.

Self Listening and Self Understanding.

To accomplish self understanding, is necessary to be able to have self listening. We may think that we don't know ourselves but if we have never listened to ourselves, then, we have been walking in opposite directions and also placing a wall of iron or movable sand in between. It happens that most of the persons know very little about themselves. They don't know the main reason of their feelings since they are dominated by the external, superficial thought, which is passing and circumstantial. And this reaches the point that we form a parallel personality that says nothing about ourselves. Then, the inner world is isolated, desolated, abandoned and afflicted. And it turns out that we don't want to see, to feel and we take this form of dialogue to extremes, by being separated of our reality. This separation is the formation of apparent realities that give place to laugh when we don't feel like it or to cry when we don't want to. As a consequence of this, man gets lost and can't find himself. He, then loses the self esteem and the purpose of life, making him to be, what he is not and when he finds himself in a reality that is not his, the desolation and the crisis identity arises. This makes him to live a life that is too frivolous, too erratic, without a real purpose since he is not making use of himself, on the contrary, he is not knowing himself and the conflict, then, arises, while the physical health declines emotionally and mentally speaking. For this reason, the external thought is not the right one because is equivalent to taking too many risks without measuring the consequences. The problem is that the external thought is compulsive and if we are vulnerable and susceptible, then, we are not going to be able to reflect. The spirituality admits that the reflection is one of the most important processes because only using the reflection, we can measure the actions and its consequences. The reflection needs of maturity and this comes with time. It cannot be reliable if it has not been developed, it is worth to say, that if we don't have the discipline of reflection, then it will be inefficient. Man needs his judgment to be mature and not impulsive. The reflection guides us to quietude and silence because it defines and where we find more spaces where we can listen to ourselves and when we listen to ourselves, we can pay attention to the inner voices, to those moments and circumstances that have marked our lives in such a way that make us to be as we are.Nevertheless, this must not be the beginning or the end. We have to negotiate, to exchange opinions with ourselves and to learn. But taking the external life is as driving at high speed, without criterion and responsibility, which can take us to misleading directions or paths. Even more, we may think that we have everything in life, without been really ours because we have taken the wrong decisions, because we didn't listen enough. This is not only based in what we need but also based on what we can contribute. We must learn the difference between the impulses and the right reflection. We all have to give and to receive and for this is necessary to live. Then, let's look for excellence, development and let's never forget about ourselves because if we do, we'll see how life just pass by. We then, must listen to ourselves, be attentive, reflect and then act.
